MM Facilitations and Consulting can complete the compliance audits that you don’t have time to do.The consultant will work with the special education team to identify any areas of noncompliance. The process may include:
- Thorough review of folders and other records
- Written report of all findings, including strengths as well as areas of noncompliance
- Identification of any systemic noncompliance
- Recommendations for any needed corrections
- Assistance with development of written procedures and systems for to prevent future noncompliance
- Training of staff
ASSISTANCE WITH ARD/IEP MEETING PROCESS
MM Facilitations and Consulting can also provide consulting and assistance with the ARD/IEP process in your district. Areas considered for improvement could include, but are not limited to:

- Facilitation strategies
The consultant will work with district leadership to determine district needs and to develop an improvement plan that includes necessary supports, staff training, implementation activities and monitoring systems.
